The first hours, in order

News from another country usually arrives by phone — from a hospital, the police, an employer or a relative. Nothing needs to be signed or paid for in that moment. Write down who called, from which institution, from what number, and where the person is now being kept. Those few lines will be asked for again at every stage that follows.

The next step is the Georgian embassy or consulate in that country. That is where the official side begins: the local death certificate, the medical statement of cause, and the permit to take the body out of the country. Call us at the same time and we will tell you which document to request from which office, so the days are not lost to emails and repeat visits.

Airport, customs and the road — what we do on your behalf

The focus is on the last and most difficult stage — from the release of the remains to the family's gate.

Advance coordination of the arrival time

We track the flight and confirm in advance which airport the remains will land at and at what hour, so the reception is not delayed by a single minute.

Receiving the remains at the terminal

Our representative meets the remains at the airport as soon as they arrive and takes on all the physical tasks involved in their release.

Customs clearance on site

We prepare and submit the import customs documents and handle the inspections and formalities, so the remains leave the zone without obstruction.

Transport by hearse

We move the remains from the airport in a dedicated closed hearse — with dignity and full observance of the necessary conditions.

Delivery home or to the region

We deliver the remains exactly where the family indicates — to a Tbilisi apartment, a cemetery or a distant region, regardless of the distance.

Support with the foreign party and documents

When needed, we contact the foreign funeral service and arrange the preparation and translation of the death certificate, the embalming certificate and consular documents.
